About the Internship

O&P is seeking a Legal Intern to assist with various tasks, including legal research, paperwork management, project support for senior staff, participation in client discussions, and exposure to daily operations in the legal field. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• A 5-year B.A. LLB Hons. graduate
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prepare and present investment memos
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with confidential documents and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting
• Keen interest in understanding international markets, particularly in Australia, the US, the UK, the UAE, and Singapore

Stipend

• INR 10,000 per month
