Eligibility :

(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

(ii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.

(iii) Prior experience in litigation, recovery, or legal operations (preferred)

(iv) The candidate must have Ability to speak, read, and write Telugu fluently – must-have

Responsibility :

(i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.

(ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.

(iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are Civil/Commercial Laws.

(iv) The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment

(v) Handle and file cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

(vi) Attend and follow arbitration proceedings and matters under Section 200

(vii) Regular field visits for case follow-up, customer interaction, and legal documentation

Salary : Negotiable based on experience
