Legal Job Opportunity For Associate at AKG & Co.

About the JOB : AKG & Co. is inviting applications for the role of an associate. The work is a mix of advisory and some dispute resolution with more of the former than the latter. All matters are primarily on the civil side.

Eligibility :

(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

(ii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.

(iii) Prior experience in litigation, recovery, or legal operations (preferred)

(iv) The candidate Must have read at least a few judgements fully (not summaries).

Responsibility :

(i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.

(ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.

(iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are IP Laws.

(iv) The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment

(v) Regular field visits for case follow-up, customer interaction, and legal documentation

Salary : Negotiable based on experience
