About the JOB : KMA Attorneys is looking for an associate for its litigation Team. The candidate should have a minimum PQE of Two years and should be proficient in drafting.

Eligibility :

1. Candidate should possess strong verbal skill .
2. Strong drafting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
3. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program

Responsibility :

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables.

Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.

Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, notes, and updates.

Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.

Candidates will be actively involved in drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in briefing the seniors on various matters.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard
