They are Hiring: Senior Associate – Banking – Mumbai. They are looking for a committed legal professional with 4+ years of experience in banking and finance law to join the team in Mumbai.
Eligibility :
- Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Exceptional contractual drafting skills, client communication and contract negotiation with attention to detail.
- 4+ years of experience in banking and finance transactions and advisory
Responsibility :
- Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
- Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
- Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.
- The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment
Salary : As per Industry Standard
