About the JOB : SKR LAW FIRM is looking to expand its team and it is on the lookout for a sharp, driven, and enthusiastic Associate with 0–1 year PQE. We appear regularly before Delhi High Court, NCDRC, DRT, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Eligibility :

• Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• LL.B. from Delhi University, NLU, or a reputed law school
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking litigation, writs, and DRT practice
• Practice areas (Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, DRT Matters, Recovery Suits, Intellectual Property Rights more)

Responsibility :

• Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
• Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.
• Independently managing case files, drafting pleadings, and appearing before courts. Handling matters under SARFAESI, IBC, NI Act, and writ jurisdiction
