About the JOB : ZEUS Law Associates is Recruiting Associate in Corporate Team with 2-3 years of experience.

Eligibility :

• Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
• Exceptional contractual drafting skills, client communication and contract negotiation with attention to detail.
• Experience in handling Corporate Commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & Real Estate Transactional agreements.

Responsibility :

• Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
• Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.
• The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment

Salary : As per Industry Standard
