Hiring: Advocate:- DRT Matters

Location: FourFold Legal, Noida

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month + All Travel Expenses Covered

FourFold Legal is expanding its litigation team and is looking for a dedicated Advocate with 2–3 years of experience in DRT matters to join us.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–3 years of dedicated practice in DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters.
• Must have assisted in a substantial number of DRT/SARFAESI cases.
• Should have filed Vakalatnama in at least 10+ DRT cases.
• Must be well-versed in drafting, filing procedures (physical and e-filing), and appearing before DRTs.
• Strong command over SARFAESI Act, RDDBFI Act, and related financial recovery laws.
• Willingness to travel across North India (Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.) is mandatory.
