About the JOB : SARIN PARTNERS Advocates & Legal Consultants is a comprehensive service law firm headquartered in New Delhi.

Eligibility :

(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

(ii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.

(iii) Prior experience in litigation, recovery, or legal operations (preferred)

(iv) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 2-3 years of PQE. The Candidate must be an enrolled Advocate and must have a clear understanding of basic legal concepts.

Responsibility :

(i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.

(ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.

(iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are IP Laws.

(iv) The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment

(v) Regular field visits for case follow-up, customer interaction, and legal documentation

(vi) The candidate shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory/ memos on various corporate legal matters.

(vii) The candidate shall be required to draft suits, applications, appeals, petitions, etc., and to appear before District Courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court in various litigation matters in and around Delhi NCR.
