About the JOB : Kaizen Law is hiring for the legal associate. If you or someone you know is a corporate lawyer at a leading law firm seeking to join a high-growth boutique practice, this opportunity might be the perfect fit.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
(ii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
(iii) Prior experience in litigation, recovery, or legal operations (preferred)
(iv) candidates who are enthusiastic to work on corporate law transactions and strategic advisory matters within our ambitious team.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
(ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
(iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are IP Laws.
(iv) The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment
(v) Regular field visits for case follow-up, customer interaction, and legal documentation
(vi) The candidate shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory/ memos on various corporate legal matters.
