About the Internship :

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) invites applications for internship positions for December 2024 and January 2025.

Eligibility :

(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.

(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.

(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.

(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.

(v) Support our team with insights and data relevant to ongoing legal matters.

(vi) They are are seeking bright, driven, and enthusiastic individuals with an interest in any area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Prior ADR experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibility :

(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.

(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.

(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.

(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.

(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.

(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.

Duration : The minimum tenure will be 1 month
