About the Internship : Legitpro Associates is looking for dedicated Interns to join Legitpro Associates LLP, a firm renowned for integrated

legal and business advisory services.

Eligibility :

(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.

(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.

(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.

(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.

(v) Support our team with insights and data relevant to ongoing legal matters.

(vi) Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with proven drafting experience.

Responsibility :

(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.

(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.

(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.

(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.

(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.

(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.

Duration : 2 months starting December 1, 2024

Location : Sector 48, Gurugram
