About the Internship
Square Yards is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their Legal & Compliance team.
Eligibility
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field. Pursuing/Completing LLB degree.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, vet, and redline various legal documents, including different kinds of agreements such as lease agreement, Service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) etc.
Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal issues.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents.
Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal department.
Strong understanding of contract law and Business laws (Companies Act, NIA and Arbitration laws).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Stipend
INR 15,000/- per month
Location
A candidate based out of Gurugram is preferred.
