Law Offices of A Anand, based in New Delhi, is actively seeking to hire experienced Associates for their legal team. The firm is looking to fill 4 (Four) positions with the following requirements:

Qualification:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Key Skills and Experience:
Expertise in dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and commercial law

Proven track record of handling litigation matters before NCLT, NCLAT, and other courts/tribunals
Focused and dynamic approach to legal practice

Job Description:
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and submissions
Conducting legal research and analysis
Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings
Providing legal advice and consultation to clients

Remuneration:
The firm offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from ₹3 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs per annum, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
