Eligibility:
– LL.B/LL.M/CS
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Knowledge of Companies Act & SEBI
– Previous experience in Legal Compliance (Domestic compliance) is essential

Responsibilities:
– Preparing project opening meeting presentations as per the project plan and attending opening meetings with clients
– Collaborating with the back-office team for project planning according to Act requirements for clients
– Coordinating with teams and clients to prepare client location visit plans
– Researching industry and law applicability
– Conducting As-Is analysis and GAP analysis at client locations
– Discussing compliance with clients and identifying users
– Providing training, support, and handholding to clients on the compliance product, Avacom
– Sending weekly status reports to clients and maintaining project workbooks
– Conducting project close-down meetings with clients and obtaining sign-offs
– Conducting legal and regulatory compliance audits for clients if required
