Location – Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site)

Roles and Resposibilities – Drafting of patent applications- including provisional, complete after provisional, or direct complete application for first filing in India, PCT, US, or EP. Conducting Inventor interviews to extract relevant details of the invention for writing quality patent applications. Assisting inventors in disclosure writing and invention mining, where required. Candidates should have worked in Patent Search and Drafting in the following areas of Hi-Tech, AI, ML, Block-Chain.

Desired skills – Excellent technical skills to understand the latest technology. Excellent written and oral communication (in English) with the particular ability of techno-legal writing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting inventor interviews. Self-motivated responsible attitude with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Prior experience in patent drafting for international clients.

Qualifications – B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M. Tech, LLB (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computers) Registered Patent Agent a plus Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in patent drafting
