About the Job:

They are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Counsel/Associate position within our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the law and eager to engage in diverse legal practices while contributing to the firm’s success.

Eligibility:

• A law degree from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to our practice areas.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A keen interest in continuous learning and professional development.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and advice in our key practice areas: corporate/commercial litigation, medico-legal disputes, service disputes, and white-collar criminal litigation.
• Participate in drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Represent clients across various courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR.
• Assist in transactional and advisory mandates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Duration:

This position is a full-time role with a view towards long-term collaboration and growth within the firm.
