Mr. Souvik Ghosh is a distinguished legal scholar and educator with a robust academic background and diverse professional experience. He completed his B.Com (Honours) from the University of Calcutta in 2010 and went on to earn his LL.B. from Vidyasagar University in 2014. Furthering his specialization, he obtained an LL.M. from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences in 2016.

Mr. Ghosh briefly worked as an Assistant Legal Manager at HDFC Bank, focusing on debt recovery. In 2018, he successfully cleared the National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professors, marking a significant milestone in his academic career.

His expertise lies in Business Law, with current research interests spanning constitutional law, human rights, and criminal law. Mr. Ghosh’s teaching journey began at LJD Law College, Falta in 2018, followed by a tenure at Heritage Law College, Kolkata from July 2019. In January 2023, he joined Xavier Law School at St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata as a full-time law faculty member.
