Eligibility : (i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. (ii) Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience. (iii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program. (iv) Department – legal (Drafting & Litigation should be strong). Real estate Preferred

Responsibility : (i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals. (ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc. (iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are Civil/Commercial Laws. (iv) The incumbent will be responsible learn and excel in a fast-paced legal environment (v) Handle all cases of various diverse fields, and must be competent in drafting, pleadings, and briefing, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings. (vi) Drafting and reviewing agreements like share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, and asset purchases. agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, independent consultant contracts, distributorship agreements, NDA etc.
