About the JOB : Assentio Mentium Law Offices is looking to expand its team and invites applications from advocates specializing in drafting, litigation, and those dedicated towards their work. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Eligibility :

• Candidate should possess strong verbal skill .
• Strong drafting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
• Candidate should be willing to work in litigation across RERA, Civil, and Consumer forums

Responsibility :

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables.
• Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, notes, and updates.
• Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.
• Candidates will be actively involved in drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in briefing the seniors on various matters.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard
