About the JOB :

Tuli & Co is expanding its team in New Delhi. We advise insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, and financial groups on the full spectrum of insurance regulatory and commercial matters in India and the IFSC.

Eligibility :

1. Candidate should possess strong verbal skill .
2. Strong drafting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
3. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
4. 0–2 years PQE. Prior exposure to insurance, reinsurance, FEMA, or data protection work will be an advantage.

Responsibility :

1. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables.
2. Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
3. Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, notes, and updates.
4. Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.
5. Candidates will be actively involved in drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in briefing the seniors on various matters.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard
