About the JOB : Trace Law Partners is looking to hire an associate

Eligibility :

• Candidate should possess strong verbal skill .
• Strong drafting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
• 3-5 years of post qualifying experience (PQE) in TMT, including data protection and privacy, gaming, fintech, general commerical contracts and tech / IP contracts. It also invite applications from persons with prior disputes experience.

Responsibility :

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables.
• Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, notes, and updates.
• Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.
• Candidates will be actively involved in drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in briefing the seniors on various matters.

Salary : As Per Industry Standard
