We have reopned applications for Assistant Manager / Manager (to be decided based on evaluation) – Compliance & Litigation (Compliance-Focused Role) at upGrad, Delhi

Must-Have:

• PQE: 5+ years (strictly role-relevant experience)
• Experience in managing IP portfolios.
• Experience in reviewing marketing collaterals; ASCI & consumer laws compliance.
• Hands-on experience in drafting organisation-level policies.
• Understanding of data protection laws (DPDPA, GDPR).
• Exposure to consumer litigation management and police matters.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Ability to join within 15 days
• Prior experience in a regulated industry
