About the Internship : Verdicta Legal Solutions Pvt Ltd is a boutique IPR law firm specializing in patents, trademarks, and copyrights or A legal-tech startup creating accessible IPR awareness content. We’re looking for law students with a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to assist in: Drafting blogs, case analyses, and whitepapers on IPR trends (patents, trademarks, copyrights).
Eligibility :
(i) Students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or an integrated 5-year law degree.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
(v) Strong interest in IPR, media law, or tech law. Familiarity with IPR databases (WIPO, Indian Patent Office) is a plus.
Responsibility :
(i) To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
(iv) Breaking down landmark IPR judgments into digestible content. Creating engaging posts (LinkedIn, Twitter,
Instagram) explaining IP laws for startups, creators, and businesses.
(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
Location : Hyderabad
Duration : 2 months-3 months
Stipend: 3000-7000/month or Performance-based
