About the Internship :

The internship offers an opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to Income Tax and White-Collar Litigation, including hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and strategy formulation in complex tax and economic offence matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including High Court(s) and the Supreme Court of India.

Eligibility :

1. Applicants must either be in the final year of their undergraduate programs or should already have an LLB degree.
2. Excellent research and analytical skills.
3. Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and research.
4. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
5. The internship will involve litigation-based research, drafting, and assistance in office-related and managerial task while gaining valuable insights into the litigation process.

Responsibility :

1. Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
2. Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
3. Attend court hearings and client meetings
4. Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
5. Support documentation, filings, and compliance work
