About the Internship :

Quant LegalTech is inviting applications for the Assessment Internship at Bangalore Office. Quant LegalTech is expanding its compliance and legal vertical and is offering an exciting Assessment Internship opportunity for law students or recent graduates who are passionate about compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal technology.

Eligibility :

1. Applicants must either be in the final year of their undergraduate programs or should already have an LLB degree.
2. Excellent research and analytical skills.
3. Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and research.
4. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
5. Strong interest in financial regulation, compliance laws, and corporate governance.

Responsibility :

1. Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
2. Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
3. Attend court hearings and client meetings
4. Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
5. Support documentation, filings, and compliance work
