About the Internship : Applications open for Internship at the office of Radhika Gupta, AOR. Litigation before: Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and District Courts. Interns can apply for the month of February, 2025 to April, 2025.
Eligibility :
(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
Responsibility :
(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.
(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.
Location : NOIDA.
Duration : 3 months
