About the Internship : Adv. Naveen Kumar & Associates is offering internship opportunities to students studying Law. The office has an with expertise in Anti-corruption, Banking & Financial Fraud, Interpol & Extradition matters, ED cases and Cyber offences.
Eligibility :
(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
(v) The intern would be required to conduct research, prepare case briefs, content writing and drafting.
Responsibility :
(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.
(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.
(vii) Supporting the legal team in various tasks and projects as assigned.
(viii) Prepare comprehensive research reports and summaries.
