Internship Opportunity at Globik AI

About the Internship :

The ‘Legal & Compliance Intern’ will work closely with the founder and leadership team to support tender applications, grant programs, accelerator/incubator submissions, and corporate certifications. This is a paid internship as per the industry standards

Eligibility :

• (i) Applicants must either be in the final year of their undergraduate programs or should already have an LLB degree.
• (ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
• (iii) Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and research.
• (iv) The role requires a strong understanding of documentation, compliance requirements, and the ability to research and align legal and regulatory needs with Globik AI’s business model.

Responsibility :

• (i) Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
• (ii) Assist in applying for and managing corporate certifications such as ISO and other industry-relevant certifications.
• (iii) Prepare, manage, and submit tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.
• (iv) Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
• (v) Support with administrative tasks as needed

Location : Remote work flexibility

Duration : Minimum 1 Month
