About the Internship

PNB Investment Services Limited is currently seeking a motivated Law Intern to join

their team in the Trusteeship vertical at their Mumbai BKC office. As a Law Intern,

you will have the unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute

to a wide range of legal functions, from drafting and reviewing legal documents to

assisting in compliance-related matters within the investment services space.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing/completed a law degree

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

• An interest in the financial services and trusteeship field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts

• Conducting legal research and assisting with compliance matters

• Providing support in trusteeship and other legal services

• Assisting with client queries and ensuring smooth legal processes
