About the JOB : We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Legal Professional to join our dynamic team.. We provide legal advisory and consultancy services to all our clients and also manage their business risks in a systematic way. We specialize and pride ourselves in legal and regulatory compliance and auditing, contract drafting, and vetting services, incorporation and registration of companies.

Eligibility :
(i) 2-3 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
(ii) Pursuing 3 year or 5 Year LLB course from a reputed institution.
(iii) Strong knowledge of Corporate Drafting, Compliance and Commercial Drafting
(iv) Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
(v) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
(vi) Team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibility :
(i) good communication skills, research, and writing skills.
(ii) good command over the English language.
(iii) Contract drafting and negotiation
(iv) Compliance and regulatory matters
(v) Corporate governance
(vi) Legal research and advisory

Area of practice :  Litigation
